Akintunde is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience delivering finance, taxation, advisory, and technology solutions across the EMEA region.

A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), an Associate of the Institute of Financial Accountants (AFA), and an opt-in Advisor to the Harvard Business Review Council, he blends strategic insight with deep technical expertise to help organisations navigate complex challenges and achieve lasting results.

He began his career in 2004 with Kreston Pedabo, specialising in audit, financial reporting, tax, and insolvency. In 2010, he co-founded Wrights Consulting Ltd, where he has since led transformative projects including IFRS transitions, ERP implementations, and large-scale regulatory reform programmes. His work has driven measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and profitability for clients in financial services, government, retail, healthcare, construction, technology, and beyond.

Akintunde is recognised for his pragmatic approach, cross-functional expertise, and ability to bridge the gap between commercial strategy and operational execution. By combining financial acumen with technology-driven solutions, he ensures change initiatives deliver both immediate impact and long-term value.
